Movements / Chicago, IL

Movements stopped at [Byline Bank] Aragon Ballroom for their Chicago date what vocalist Patrick Miranda said was “essentially their fourth leg of the RUCKUS! tour.” With all of Movements’ growth, especially since the release of RUCKUS!,  a stacked lineup, and the band's first arena tour, it was positively high demand: Chicago has had a strong affinity for Movements since their start. Watching the same band that opened for Pierce the Veil at HOB after their first EP release, played in the back of a bowling alley after the release of Feel Something, to managing taking over arenas across North America is an astounding journey the band should be more than proud of, and one that Chicagoland fans have held close to their heart. As a band from Orange County, California, Movements has such a strong hold and community of support all the way into the Midwest. Chicago fans made their support abundantly clear at the band’s most recent show with Citizen and Scowl. All of these bands also have a huge audience of supporters coming from the Chicagoland area. Aragon is one of the most aesthetically appealing arena venues Movements and their team could have booked, which, of course, they did, and in doing so, they created an even more unique experience for the atmosphere of their performance In Chicago, Illinois on March 22, 2025. Movements played a variety of their catalogue, but as Pat often says on stage— “Start at the new stuff and then go back to the old sh*t.” Emphasizing the importance of their older releases, many fans have been following them since, but more importantly, the vitality of their journey as a whole.

Movements has always been non-stop working hard for their dreams and this 2025 tour was proof in the presence of everyone in attendance that it was well worth their time and dedication to building a strong community around their band to ensure their heart and message as a band is not only heard, but felt.
