Simple Plan, Bowling for Soup, 3OH!3, and LØLØ Take Over Milwaukee, WI

LØLØ kicked off the night strong with an amazing performance featuring her new single and a crowd interactive song as well. She ran out in her signature boots, plaid skirt and crop top combo with a smile on her face waving to the audience at BMO Harris Pavillion in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on August 21, 2025. LØLØ has stated it was a dream for her to tour with Simple Plan and her energy on stage shows nothing less than that. Soon enough, she’ll be selling tickets for her headlining stadium tours with the reception she so deservingly receives. If an audience member came in not knowing the artist, they left finding a new favorite one. She performed her new single “The Devil Wears Converse” and many of her songs from her album falling for robots and wishing i was one, such as “hot girls in hell”, and still included her iconic crowd interactive dance with “Debbie Downer” by throwing out pom-poms to the crowd! Lølø’s performances and crowds response made it seem like the stage was her home.

Bowling for Soup took the stage and put on a very crowd pleasing set for long-time fans. They included their covers of songs and their top hits. By the time their set ended the sun had set and the stadium had filled almost all the way, and, there was a large amount of people in the standing outside area near the bathrooms and tents such as Punk Rock Saves Lives, who is also on this Simple Plan run. Punk Rock Saves Lives truly does save lives by spreading information and supplies for harm reduction and prevention and also helping signing people up to be bone marrow donors. This organization truly does save lives and it’s an honor to see them out with anyone!

3OH!3, a crowd favorite, was up next. They started off their set with their iconic well known tracks including “Double Vision” that got the crowd going crazy for the two artists along with Jess Bowen on the drums as a special treat! Towards the middle of their set, 3OH!3 played their new single, “Slushie” and everyone was loving the new energy on stage. With a stacked lineup of bands who have been making music for decades, bringing along an upcoming artist (LØLØ) to open up the night, and give the crowd old school or new favorites is an etheral nostalgic experience like no other. The fresh new energy given by 3OH!3, whether in their lyrical or stage performances, was a great way to get everyone hyped up throughout the setting across Lake Michigan behind them. The show had such a perfectly balanced level of energy with everyone’s music and performances.

Nearing nine o’clock, BMO Pavilion’s attendee’s were finally ready for Simple Plan to take the stage, and that’s exactly what they did. The audience was taken into a trance of a blast from their past. Moms and daughters shouting the lyrics from the pit, kids seeing them for the first time, and an inclusive atmosphere was so amazing. The band opened up the four hour performance was opened with “I’d Do Anything” and many other songs that are featured on their The Kids in the Crowd-Music From the Documentary ! About a half an hour in, Lølø came out to perform “Jet Lag” with the band and officially seal the crowd’s interest in. The band went on with an energy like no other. Whether they were playing the “What’s New Scooby Doo?” song or their top-hit “I’m Just a Kid”, played during their encore, the whole crowd from pit to the grass outside the seats was engaged with everything!
